We make every attempt to ship orders within 24 hours of payment. However, larger orders may take some additional time. Timing is also dependent on USPS shipping, and USPS holidays. 

Our store is 100% smoke free. 

The majority of our parts are new. This means that the parts have come from parted out sets, pick a brick walls and the owners personal unused collection of parts. New doesnt mean mint - parts are subject to minor manufacturing imperfections. We may every attempt to identify mold variations - however, we are human and sometimes we too make mistakes. If you are in need of a specific mold variation - reach out and we will be more than happy to double check. 

Trans-color policy: Trans colored parts are subject to scratching in their packing process during manufacturing. We do however make every attempt to isolate any less than ideal parts. We cant guarantee that these pieces will always be perfect however, given the nature of the colors.
